Vietnamese Beef

Beef goes especially well with lemongrass in this Vietnamese-inspired recipe. The delicate citrus flavour is a complement to the hearty beef. Replace your takeaway with this fab dish.

We serve this one with steamed rice or some lightly stirred veg. We also love to add some peanuts for an extra crunch.
