Somerset Pork with Apple & Cider

This delicious dish is made with crisp cooking apples & cider, and finished with some rosemary creating a really wholesome & nourishing dish. Traditionally cooked for the West Country fruit pickers returning from the orchards at the end of the day.

This dish is excellent with mash so you can spoon up all the tasty sauce but some crispy baby potatoes would work well too.
