Slow Cooked Beef Ragu with Pappardelle

This delicious rich slow cooked beef dish simmers away for hours to allow the beef to shred & melt. It’s served on pappardelle which may just be the king of all pastas topped with Parmesan. YUM.

We don’t normally add sides to this one but always add extra cheese as you can never have too much.

Braising Beef (29%), Onion, Oil, Garlic, Carrots, CELERY, Tomato Puree, Chopped Tomatoes, Beef Stock (CELERY), Red Wine (SULPHUR DIOXIDE), Thyme, Bay Leaf, Parmesan (MILK), Pappardelle Pasta (14 %) (Durum WHEAT semolina), Salt, Pepper
