Roasted Root Vegetable Lasagne

This lasagne is cheesy & loaded with chunky roasted vegetables in a slow cooked tomato ragu. Pop it in the oven, its worth the wait!

If you like sides with your lasagne then we suggest a green salad or garlic bread, or lets face it we’d go for both!
