Red Lentil, Spinach & Miso Dahl

This is such a great dinner for busy weeknights or if you fancy something cosy at the weekend. The twist on the traditional Indian Dahl comes from the miso which gives it a really interesting taste.

We like to serve it with naan & some basmati rice.
