Slow Roasted Pork & Pepper Ragu with Rigatoni & Pesto

This dish is the ultimate comfort food, slow cooked pork ragu is topped with parmesan & homemade pesto. It’s a surprise favourite in the office.

This dish is a complete meal in itself, no need to add anything so perfect if you’re short of time, however a side salad works well and if you’re anything like us an extra sprinkle of cheese goes down well too.
