Jackfruit Garam Masala Curry

Jackfruit is an exotic fruit grown in tropical regions of the world and is native to South India. This dish is packed with warm Indian spices, making it really tasty and the sweet potatoes really make this a rich and satisfying meal.

We serve this with basmati rice and lots of garlic naan.
