Cavolo Nero & Celeriac Crumble topped with Oats & Seeds

This dish is exactly what you need to get you over hump day, and full of veg at the same time.  The delicious filling is topped with an oaty, seedy & cheesy crumble which is totally moorish.

We suggest serving this a tomato salad, try cherry tomatoes, spring onions, capers, olive oil, salt & pepper & just a splash of cider vinegar, delish!
