Bean Cassoulet
This dish is a rustic French bean stew which is perfect for a hearty supper. It’s traditionally made with pork, but we have adapted it to a delicious veggie version. The mix is cooked until tender and gets a crisp, crunchy texture from a mix of bread-crumb & munchie seeds which is delicious.
With some fresh sourdough this makes for a perfect lunch or for an evening meal serve with a potato & parsnip mash & some extra seasonal greens.
