Aubergine & Babycorn Yellow Curry

Thai yellow curry or Gang KA-ri in Thai, is one of our mild but fragrant curries. It’s packed full of flavour & veggies, delish.

You have options here, either serve it with some jasmine rice or noodles. If you have the time toast some cashews to give it an extra crunch!
